"Sea scallops cost an arm and a leg but they are so good. This is a very simple recipe but I love the garlic, parsley and lemon flavors. Lovely served with your favorite pasta"

Step 1

Melt the butter over medium-high heat, add garlic for 1 minute, add scallops, turning them over so they brown lightly on all sides - only cook for about 4-5 minutes. If they are browning too fast lower heat
