  • 3 large garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 lemon, cut in quarters to squeeze
  • 5 tablespoons parsley, chopped (fresh)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (hot paprika)

  • Step 1: Melt the butter over medium-high heat, add garlic for 1 minute, add scallops, turning them over so they brown lightly on all sides - only cook for about 4-5 minutes. If they are browning too fast lower heat

  • Step 2: Sprinkle with parsley and paprika, squeeze on the lemon and serve
