Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Spray bundt cake pan generously with PAM.
Step 3
Sprinkle the sugar/cinnamon combination inside the bundt pan and move around the entire pan;

This will form a sweet crust for your cake, thus no frosting needed.
Step 5
Mix cake mix, pudding, orange juice, oil, eggs (1 at a time), vanilla ,zest ,orange extract and poppy seeds.
Step 6
Pour into bundt cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until done
