This was a delicious French toast. Especially appreciated is how quick and easy it was to make. Next time I’m replacing some of the orange juice with grand marnier

We enjoyed the orange french toast -- I made 7 slices but I probably had some dipping orange/egg mixture for 3 more -- next time I will just use the whole mixture and a larger pan. Very good. Served with bacon. Thanks for sharing!

Wow, I knew that I would love this recipe. I just didn't realize how much. 5 stars all day. This is so good. Quick and easy to make with excellent results. The french toast was perfection, tender and delicious. Thank you for sharing this lovely recipe which I made for the Best of 2019 tag game. Recommended by Lazyme. Thanks Vic.

Wow - this is this best French Toast recipe ever! And it's nice that it's oven baked, too. But as simple as this is to make, it's remarkably delicious. The outside had a very slight crunch but the inside was so fluffy soft. I topped mine with extra honey (as the posting chef suggested), and I thought it was an excellent touch - a little sweetness that went will with the warm tone of the cinnamon. Mine was perfectly baked at 16 minutes (turning the dish once about halfway through, to get even browning). Thank you for sharing this recipe, Luvcookn.

Just made this for breakfast. Absolutely awesome! I especially love that it is made in the oven, because it's cold and rainy here this morning and it heated up the kitchen. Topped with butter and syrup made it an extra special breakfast for us! Saving to make again soon!

Wonderful french toast and loved that it was baked in the oven. I used french bread that I sliced on the thicker side and added some orange peel with a bit more cinnamon to the egg mixture. Before serving added a thin layer of orange marmalade and a pat of butter. This is the best french toast and I will be making it again. Made and reviewed for the Best of 2018 recipe tag game.
