"This isn't really a recipe,but more of an idea.Everyone loves meatloaf sandwiches, and I had some leftovers of #recipe14733 by echo echo in my freezer stash and decided to try it this way. Remember that this is just an idea,just use whatever meatloaf and mashed spuds you might have on hand.Since this recipe uses leftovers, I would certainly consider this VERY budget friendly.Posted on 1/17/16.
