Step 1: In a small skillet heat oil over medium heat until hot but not smoking.
Step 2: Add meatloaf,cover with lid and heat through, brown on both sides.
Step 3: Place warmed meatloaf on bread top with warm mashed spuds,then top with desired amount of gravy.
Step 4: Serve with your favorite veggie.
