One Pan Beef & Mac Skillet
"This can easily be tweaked to your liking..add in beans, veggies increase the ketchup for a little sweeter flavor. Whatever you decide! For the best flavor I advise to leave the beef in small chunks and make sure to brown the chunks very well. This also makes a great soup just add in more beef broth and omit the cheese if you like. This makes 4 large or 6 smaller servings."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a large non-stick skillet with high sides, add in ground beef. With a spoon separate the beef in larger size chunks. Add in a tablespoon of butter (or you could omit the butter). Cook and brown the beef chunks very well (about 12 minutes). Add in mustard and ketchup (start with 1/2 cup ketchup) and all spices; continue to cook stirring a few minutes more.
Step 2
Add in cream and beef broth; bring to a simmer stirring.
Step 3
Mix in the dry macaroni. Bring back to a simmer. Cover and lightly simmer 20 minutes (adding in more ketchup if desired).
Step 4
Remove cover and simmer uncovered until pasta is cooked to your liking, seasoning with salt towards the end of cooking time.
Step 5
Mix in 1/4 cup of cheese until combined. Sprinkle top with more cheese. Serve.
NOTE: if you are serving kids you may want to increase the ketchup for a sweeter taste or add in some brown sugar
