Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease cookie sheet or use parchment paper.

Step 2

Cream the butter and sugar and add eggs one at a time.

Add buttermilk

Step 4

Sift dry ingredients together.

Step 5

Chop the fruit and nuts, add some flour mixture to them and toss.

Step 6

Add flour mixture to creamed mixture.

Step 7

Fold in fruit mixture.

Step 8

Drop by teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet.

Step 9

Bake 15 minutes until lightly browned.
