"I changed this recipe a bit approximately 1/3 of recipe minus half amount of sugar. It was then called haymakers switchel. It called for 2 quarts water, 1/4 cup vinegar, 2 cups brown sugar, 1 cup molasses, 1 tablespoon ginger. this has more nutrition than purchases nutrient replacing beverage"
