I'm sure Thurston Howell III liked this as well as we did! Green pepper in tuna salad was something different and very good! I served it with garden tomatoes - probably the last of the year! BTW - I used a 5 1/2 oz. can of tuna and 1 egg - it was plenty for 2.

A very tasty idea for lunch. I loved the touch of Worcestershire Sauce! I made some up and dipped with Stacy's whole grain pita chips. Thank you for sharing a different take on tuna sandwiches Dienia B! Linda
