Step by Step Method

Step 1

Saute spinach in 4 tablespoons butter

Step 2

Add onion

Step 3

Pour into 2 quart casserole

Mix in cream and cheese

This spinach recipe came out perfect. However, I only used 1 pound of baby spinach (what I had) and added more than 6 tablespoons of onion, probably 1 onion. Sautéed the onion before adding the spinach and followed the rest as directed. We loved this dish. Mrs L.B. Johnson knew her spinach. Thank you, Dee, for sharing.
