I worked late and had a craving for hot dogs. This one sure was good. I cut the recipe down for two hot dogs . I think I added way more coleslaw to use it up, and it made them even better I think. Had chips and a few pickle slices too. Mmmmmmmm!

I made 6 hot dogs so I adjusted the ingredients accordingly I found that I didn't need 1/4 c onion per hot dog, and did actually need more coleslaw then called for. They were very good with those changes! We toasted New England style rolls and they were great to hold all the fixings. Kids loved them and so did my boyfriend!

You can never go wrong with making this recipe. Mustard, coleslaw, onions with a hot dog…..Yum! I had never really added coleslaw to a hot dog before, but whoa, will use this concept again. Quick and easy and a favorite that will always remain a classic. We Loved it B! Thank you dienia b for sharing yet another winner!
