Step 1
Preheat heavy skillet to medium-high. Chop meat into 1/2" pieces, easy to do if steak is just barely frozen. Season with salt, pepper and paprika and dredge in flour.
Step 2
Heat oil in pan, sear steak, then add onion and garlic, cooking about five minutes. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
Step 3
Add soup and one can of water, cover and cook 1 1/2 hours at medium heat.
Step 4
Just before serving, reduce heat again and add sour cream and kitchen bouquet. Cook a few more minutes, then serve over rice.
