Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a large bowl beat egg, sugar, brown sugar, butter and peanut butter until well mixed.
Step 2
In a different bowl mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Step 3
Slowly add dry mixture to wet mixture and mix well.
Step 4
Chill dough for atleast 1/2 hour.
Step 5
Roll dough into balls the size of large walnuts.
Step 6
Place 3 inches apart on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
Step 7
Press each ball with tines of a fork dipped in flour in a criss cross pattern.
Step 8
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-23 minutes until only set but not hard.
