Step by Step Method

Step 1

Cover roast with brown mustard. Sprinkle with onion seasoning, garlic seasoning, rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper and sage.

Step 2

Bake in a 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for 90 minutes.

Cover with foil. Bake 30 minutes.

I felt like I was transported to another time, a better time of simplicity and family Sunday dinners. So good, screams home and we absolutely loved every single bite. Though it wasn’t Sunday, it felt like it or even a holiday. That’s how homey and delicious this pork was. I didn’t have any brown mustard, so used coarse grain country Dijon and in place of salt, used Goya Adobo seasoning. I’m making this again for sure. Your mom knew her stuff, Dee!
