I really enjoyed the flavor combination of these eggs. The two Serrano peppers gave it a little kick and paired nicely with the onions, garlic, and tomatoes. Yum!

I made this as instructed, using cherry tomatoes and it turned out tasty. I think I would add more peppers next time I make it as the heat level was closer to mild for me.

Another delicious Sunday Brunch recipe. I couldn't find any serrano peppers so subbed jalapeno and added some chili flakes. I used 4 cherry tomatoes in place of one medium tomato. Easy recipe that will be made again.

I made this for the hubby...he didn't think it was very spicy...he expected it to have more heat with the Serrano pepper...he did top it off with a hot salsa...made for "Bill Board" tag game...
