"These are a nice change from the traditional Italian style stuffed shells, usually filled with a mixture of cheeses and sometimes with spinach. Instead these shells are filled with a spicy taco flavored ground beef and cream cheese mixture, cooked in enchilada sauce/pasta sauce then topped with mozza cheese. I used the combo of enchilada sauce and pasta sauce, if you wanted to, you can use all enchilada sauce or pasta sauce"

We loved these shells! They were so much better than the cheese filled ones. A new favorite to make again for my family.
