Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400° F.
Step 2
Spray cookie sheet or pizza pan with olive oil non-stick cooking spray. Spread out bread cubes on baking pan. Spray bread cubes with olive oil non-stick cooking spray. Then sprinkle spices and cheese on top of bread cubes.
Step 3
Bake in preheated 400° F oven for 8-10 minutes. Check at 8 minutes to see if they are crunchy on the outside, but just a little tender on the inside. If not, leave them in the oven and check every 2 minutes. Might take shorter or longer, depending how accurate your oven temperature is and how crunchy you like them.
Step 4
Serve with salads or soups.
