Ingredients

  • 3 slices (192 grams) French bread (bakery-style Italian bread, cut into 1/2" cubes)
  • Olive oil non-stick cooking spray
  • Lemon pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 400° F.

  • Step 2: Spray cookie sheet or pizza pan with olive oil non-stick cooking spray. Spread out bread cubes on baking pan. Spray bread cubes with olive oil non-stick cooking spray. Then sprinkle spices and cheese on top of bread cubes.

  • Step 3: Bake in preheated 400° F oven for 8-10 minutes. Check at 8 minutes to see if they are crunchy on the outside, but just a little tender on the inside. If not, leave them in the oven and check every 2 minutes. Might take shorter or longer, depending how accurate your oven temperature is and how crunchy you like them.

  • Step 4: Serve with salads or soups.
