Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Step 2
Cut slices of fresh Italian bread into 1/2" cubes. Place in a single layer on small baking sheet.
Step 3
Spray with olive oil cooking spray.
Step 4
Sprinkle lightly with spices and parmesan cheese.
Step 5
Bake in preheated 400°F oven for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly browned and crispy on the outside, but tender on the inside.
Step 6
Serve on salads or on top of creamed soups.
Step 7
You can store leftovers in a zip lock bag.
