"This is the sauce that I use on some of my sushi rolls. Good used inside your favorite rolls, and sometimes it's used on top of rolls too. I mix this with lump crab to top my Spider Rolls with, to make a Manhattan Roll. They are YUMMY, and so is this sauce! PLEASE NOTE: Time does not include 2 hr. refrigeration time. This sauce will last for quite awhile in the fridge. "

I used 1 tablespoon of sambal and it was plenty spicy enough for us. This was a definite plus to make for our Spicy Tuna Rolls. I love that I have this recipe to have with our sushi. It helped to make my sushi taste extra good, just like in the restaurants!

We followed your tutorial on how to make and roll sushi and made this to put in the Shrimp Tempura rolls we made. This was so delicious and just like the sauce they use in the Thai, Japanese, Chinese restaurant we go to. We even used it on our roast beef sandwiches and it was very good!
