Step 1

Cook your choice of pasta according to package directions.

Step 2

While pasta is cooking, saute garlic in butter until garlic is golden and butter is slightly browned. Add lemon juice and washed spinach.

Step 3

Add pasta to the skillet as soon as spinach is wilted, toss to coat and simmer several more minutes to blend flavors. Serve with parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.
