Step 1

Cook pasta and drain.

Step 2

While pasta is cooking, in a large skillet, saute parsley, lemon peel, and garlic in oil till garlic is tender (be careful not to burn the garlic).

Step 3

Add the drained pasta to the skillet; sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper; top with Parmesan cheese.

I could eat this every day it's so good. Light lemony, garlicy, cheesy goodness bite after heavenly bite. It's a regular every week for me after trying it!

This cooks up in no time and it is so delicious! I could eat this every day. It pairs well with any meat or fish and a great choice anytime you want something other than tomato based pasta. A real prize recipe for me!

Oh yum yum YUM! My son and I love pasta and this is simple enough to make even for lunch. I made Chicken Piccata and had this on the side. This was yummy with the chicken and we will eat this really often since we like it so well! For us, the more lemon the better.
