Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 8 ounces dry linguine pasta (or thin spaghetti)
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 3 teaspoons lemon peel, grated
  • 2 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 6 tablespoons oil (olive oil)
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook pasta and drain.

  • Step 2: While pasta is cooking, in a large skillet, saute parsley, lemon peel, and garlic in oil till garlic is tender (be careful not to burn the garlic).

  • Step 3: Add the drained pasta to the skillet; sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper; top with Parmesan cheese.
