Preheat oven 350. grease baking sheet with on stick cooking spray set aside

In large bowl cream butter and sugar til light and fluffy. add and beat vanilla, egg, lemon zest and juice. scrape bowl beat again.

Stir ni dry ingredients except powder sugar. roll dough into teaspoon size ball and roll in powdered sugar place on baking sheet, bake, repeat
