  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons xanthan gum
  • 1 1/2 cup rice blend flour
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven 350. grease baking sheet with on stick cooking spray set aside

  • Step 2: In large bowl cream butter and sugar til light and fluffy. add and beat vanilla, egg, lemon zest and juice. scrape bowl beat again.

  • Step 3: Stir ni dry ingredients except powder sugar. roll dough into teaspoon size ball and roll in powdered sugar place on baking sheet, bake, repeat
