"If there were a more perfect, refreshing, summer time fruit, then I don't know what is! I love lemon so much that I found this recipe from a can of Lucky Leaf Premium Lemon Fruit Filling or Topping. I made it for Christmas and I only got a small piece. A very small piece. I made it again in 2 smaller pans and gave one to my granddaughter. I've put this in my favorite cookbook and I'll give this recipe if anyone ever asks for a good dessert!"
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Grease bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking pan then line it with either parchment paper and grease it again. Mix flour and butter.
Spread it in bottom of the pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Let crust cool.
Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon filling, vanilla, and half of the whipped topping together. Spread over cooled crust.
Spread remaining whipped topping over lemon filling mixture.
Cover and chill until ready to serve.
