Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2: Grease bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking pan then line it with either parchment paper and grease it again. Mix flour and butter.
Step 3: Spread it in bottom of the pan.
Step 4: Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 5: Let crust cool.
Step 6: Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon filling, vanilla, and half of the whipped topping together. Spread over cooled crust.
Step 7: Spread remaining whipped topping over lemon filling mixture.
Step 8: Cover and chill until ready to serve.
