"From grandma mahin,a very old recipe from Darlene Kossman, its for 50 cent of meat lol on recipe and 2 rounding cups crackers she said mix and bake this is very simple but very tasty meatloaf, I made it for 4 not 10 and it came out fine, they had larger families back then and also made hot meatloaf sandwiches"

Step by Step Method

Step 1

These were the instructions lol " for 50 cent meat take 2/3 beef and 1/3 pork ground.

Step 2

Beat the eggs

Step 3

Chop onion fine.

Step 4

Use 2 rounding cups cracker crumbs (I added milk to cracker crumbs you don't need salt cause soda crackers had enough ). Salt and pepper to taste.

Step 5

Mix all together put in oven and bake (bake for 45 minutes at 375 it may take longer for bigger loaf).
