"An old recipe from Darlene Kossman, it's very simple, 1 hour I think that's too much but will write recipe as written. She got from Mrs Neirmann, her husband had no teeth so things were soft there."

Step 1

Fry hamburger onions and peppers together til browned.

Step 2

Cook macaroni til almost done, drain then add to meat mixtur.e

Step 3

Add tomatoes and sugar you can add 15 oz can tomatoes instead of pint

Step 4

Salt and pepper.

Step 5

Simmer about 1 hour, as i said i think its to long be your own judge. my guess is 10 minutes tops.
