Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix the yogurt, milk, lemon juice, honey and 1 tablespoon of cilantro together in a small bowl.
Step 2
Salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
Combine the coleslaw, mix in raisins and remaining cilantro in a large bowl.
Step 4
Mix in the dressing to taste.
Step 5
Season to taste. They like it sweet, can add more honey to taste.
