"This takes only minutes to whip up but *must* be prepared a minimum of 3 hours before serving, longer is even better ;-) I have to say that I have made this using other brands of sweet relish, only Bick's relish seems to work best for this, you will see the difference if you use a different brand! My family loves this with fish, but it also makes a great sandwich dressing too! Use only mayonnaise for this not salad dressing. Makes about 1 1/2 cups, amounts may be doubled"

Bergy (RIP" Forever in our Kitchen)

This is so easy to whip up and it is perfect on fish. I used Hellman's lite mayo and Bick's sweet relish. I cut the recipe way back with no problem. Thanks Kitten for adding that special perk to my dinner. 14 Dec. 6 days later I used the last of the sauce and it was even better than the first day. A real winner of a recipe.
