Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Cream together butter, sugar, honey, eggs and salt in a large bowl.
Step 2
Add whisked together flour, cornmeal and baking powder and blend thoroughly.
Step 3
Add milk while mixing.
Step 4
Add corn to mixture and combine until corn is worked in.
Step 5
Grease and Pam spray a 12-cup muffin pan and fill each cup with batter.
Step 6
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until muffins begin to turn brown on top.
