Even though the word "sandwich" is in the title, I did not use bread. I served the tuna with onions, celery and seasonings on a bed of arugula/spinach mix and alongside sliced tomato. Added a sliced hardboiled egg and sprinkled with chopped parsley. DH and I both loved it!

What a delicious sandwich. It was just what I needed on this beautiful spring day. I used "ciabatta ai cereali " for the bread. I had really nice quality tuna in big chunks do I decided not to chop it up and I layered the ingredients instead. Really, really good!
