Step 1

Add Amaretto to the hot coffee & allow about 15 seconds for the coffee to cool slightly from that addition. Add the ice cream, garnish w/coriander & serve.

Twissis my friend, I absolutely loved this. It was so good, I was wishing I had made more. I used Starbucks French Roast coffee and vanilla bean Ice cream which I blended with instant Blue Mountain Jamaican coffee, that the kids brought me home, on their last visit. The flavor of this coffee is outstanding. I love that you could taste the cold ice cream and the warm coffee with each sip.
