Step by Step Method
Step 1
Fill a stemmed whiskey glass with hot water then pour out, refilling it with boiling water. Pour this water out.
Step 2
Fill the glass more than half full with coffee, and add sugar to taste. Stir to dissolve.
Step 3
Add the whiskey.
Step 4
Pour the cream over the back of a spoon to float on top.
Step 5
Drink the hot liquid through the cool cream. If double cream is not available use lightly whipped single (whipping) cream.
