Step 1

Wash and dry the sweet potatoes, then slice them lengthwise.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, combine the remaining ingredients, plus salt to taste. Add the sweet potatoes and toss to coat.

Step 3

Place the sweet potatoes on a foil "boat". Grill for 5-6 minutes per side, until done. Serve immediately!

NOTE: I haven't tried it, but you could possibly make these on an indoor electric grill.
