I cut the recipe in half and used my small pie pan...I had one lonely piece of salmon left (7 oz) so I cooked it up and used that in place of the can...this turned out so delicious...I loved the swiss cheese with the salmon flavor...I guess the no cheese with fish no longer exist...this is like a soft quiche...made for "Billboard" tag game...

This pie is delicious, a sheer delight! Made as directed with one change. I did not have milk so used coconut milk and it worked beauteously! Used home caught and canned Sockeye salmon. Thank you Mike for a definite keeper/repeater! Made for Billboard Recipe tag.
