I cut this in half, and really enjoyed the ginger in the tea. I really have been sick as a dog, and this provided welcome relief and hydration. Thank you for posting!

Can I just say that this tea is not only good for those who are sick but for any other time! It is really delicious. I tagged it at the right moment as it came in very handy this weekend because in fact, I am sick with a bad cold and sore throat. It is very soothing. I followed the recipe, except that I added extra ginger and added extra local honey (from bees who forage from Cape Cod cranberry bogs, Yum!) to each cup for more honey soothing quality. Thank you dieniab for sharing such a WONDERFUL tasting tea.
