FANTASTIC!!! Silky, smooth, semi-sweet chocolate flavor with a wonderful background of honey. I used half dark avocado honey, half clover honey and fat-free evaporated milk. This was so easy to make with wonderful results! It did thicken more in the fridge, and like others have said, is a nice consistency straight out of the fridge, so you should call it 'cold fudge sauce'LOL...nice because it doesn't melt your ice cream. We enjoyed this over Coffee Heath Bar ice cream and over bananas. I even dipped some frozen bananas on sticks in it but am still waiting for them to freeze. We also enjoy just eating this by the spoonful. This is one my Hubby really really loves too. Freddy Cat says thanks for the sweets! Made for the Billboard recipe tag game. Update: I found out that this doesn't freeze! So it would be perfect to swirl through a homemade ice cream for a fudge swirl. Yum!

This fudge sauce has the perfect texture and consistency out of the fridge. Delicious and silky. The honey gives it a unique flavour and it is really good over plain vanilla ice cream for a change of pace. Thanks for sharing.

Made this sauce with a wild flower honey, unsalted butter & pure vanilla extract & had a quality fudge sauce that was absolutely wonderful! Another time I might just make it for gift givng, but this time around it was totally for the 2 of us! Delightful! Thanks for sharing the recipe!
