Step 1

Spray pam and heavily Grease 2 8 inch round pans

Cut thawed bread dough in half

Roll each half into 10x8 inch rectangle

Mix cream cheese and coconut and orange juice concentrate

Spread 1/2 of mixture on each rectangle

Roll up jelly roll style on the long side

Cut into 8 slices

Put in pan

Cover with saran wrap

And let rise until doubled

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Combine honey and butter in heat in microwave until liquid about 10 seconds

Mix and spoon 1 teaspoon on each roll

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes

Immediately invert when removed from the oven onto a serving plate
