  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup flaked coconut
  • 3 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate (thawed)
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup honey

How to Make

  • Step 1: Spray pam and heavily Grease 2 8 inch round pans

  • Step 2: Cut thawed bread dough in half

  • Step 3: Roll each half into 10x8 inch rectangle

  • Step 4: Mix cream cheese and coconut and orange juice concentrate

  • Step 5: Spread 1/2 of mixture on each rectangle

  • Step 6: Roll up jelly roll style on the long side

  • Step 7: Cut into 8 slices

  • Step 8: Put in pan

  • Step 9: Repeat

  • Step 10: Cover with saran wrap

  • Step 11: And let rise until doubled

  • Step 12: Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  • Step 13: Combine honey and butter in heat in microwave until liquid about 10 seconds

  • Step 14: Mix and spoon 1 teaspoon on each roll

  • Step 15: Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes

  • Step 16: Immediately invert when removed from the oven onto a serving plate
