Step by Step Method
Step 1
Get out a medium saucepan. Put all the ingredients into it and place it over high heat. Cover with a lid.
Step 2
Stir occasionally and bring it to a boil. Take the lid off and boil for 30 minutes.
Step 3
When it's done cooking, strain the tea through a sieve to remove the rind and anything else.
Step 4
Serve it while hot.
