"I first saw this recipe in 2006 on a now defunct online recipe site, and just fell in love with it. I recently contacted Kelly Williams a.k.a. " WildFlour ", and she gave me her kind permission to post her recipe to this site. A few changes were made over the years, but I think the integrity of the recipe is still there. My notes are listed in parenthesis. If your feeling really lazy, sub about 8 to 10 ounces of frozen peas & carrots for the shredded carrots and frozen peas listed in the ingredients. Feel free to make this your own by adding hard boiled egg, celery or whatever you like. PLEASE plan ahead this recipe does need to chill and cook time is chill time." Keep Smiling :)"
