"Not sure why but these remind me of winter and Christmas lol. talk about easy to make! Not sure how many you get out of this cause I haven't made them yet, so I'm just guessing for 30-35, after I make them (and that will be very soon) I'll edit to the correct servings"

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Mix cream cheese and butter and extract together until well combined. Add in confectioner's sugar until the mixture forms a soft dough ball. It shouldn't be sticky, and should roll easily into balls.

Step 2

Roll the dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet that has been lined with wax paper. Flatten each ball with the bottom of a glass.

Step 3

Refrigerate patties for 2 hours until chilled and firm.

Step 4

Melt chocolate and shortening together.

Step 5

Coat the cold patties into the chocolate, and place on the wax paper. Place back in the fridge to harden further.

Step 6

Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator.
