"I live in an Italian neighbourhood and one of the elderly ladies across the street from us would reward my DH with fresh pasta noodles after he ploughed the driveway for her in the winter time. It was so good I did not want store bought noodles anymore. I asked her for the recipe and she gladly gave it to me. Now she no longer sends pasta noodles home with DH, instead she sends him homemade wine, lol"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Add all ingredients to a food processor.
Step 2
Process until mixture starts to form a ball.
Step 3
You may want to start with a little less water depending on the size of your eggs and moistness of your flour; sometimes I need a bit more then 4 tablespoons and I have at times only needed 3 tablespoons.
Step 4
Wrap ball in plastic wrap or cover with a glass bowl and let rest for about an hour.
Step 5
Then make your pasta using your pasta machine or rolling out.
