Step 1: Add all ingredients to a food processor.
Step 2: Process until mixture starts to form a ball.
Step 3: You may want to start with a little less water depending on the size of your eggs and moistness of your flour; sometimes I need a bit more then 4 tablespoons and I have at times only needed 3 tablespoons.
Step 4: Wrap ball in plastic wrap or cover with a glass bowl and let rest for about an hour.
Step 5: Then make your pasta using your pasta machine or rolling out.
