Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Cut each piece of pita bread into 8 wedges.

Arrange wedges evenly over a large baking sheet.

Brush them with olive oil, and then sprinkle with oregano, salt and pepper.
Step 5
Bake for 5 minutes then turn the wedges over and bake until crisp and golden, about another 5 minutes, depending on oven.
