Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
In a large bowl mix whatever meat you are using rice,onion,salt,pepper, and Italian Seasoning.
Step 3
Form into 8 hedgehog shapes, and line the hedgehogs up in a prepared casserole dish.
Step 4
Mix the soup, water and Worcestershire sauce together and pour it over the hedgehogs.
Step 5
Cover the casserole dish with foil,and bake at 350°F for 1 hour and 15 minutes, occasionally spooning sauce over the hedgehogs.
