Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound ground beef (could also use turkey or chicken)
  • 1/2 cup uncooked rice
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup water(approximately, I use 1/2 of empty can to measure)
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Cooking spray for casserole dish

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  • Step 2: In a large bowl mix whatever meat you are using rice,onion,salt,pepper, and Italian Seasoning.

  • Step 3: Form into 8 hedgehog shapes, and line the hedgehogs up in a prepared casserole dish.

  • Step 4: Mix the soup, water and Worcestershire sauce together and pour it over the hedgehogs.

  • Step 5: Cover the casserole dish with foil,and bake at 350°F for 1 hour and 15 minutes, occasionally spooning sauce over the hedgehogs.
